Dinner Sittings

All reservations arriving between 5:30pm and 6:30pm will be allocated a 2 hour dining time. For unlimited dining time, please choose a booking from 7:30pm onwards.

Confirmation

If your reservation is successful, you will receive an immediate email and SMS confirmation.

Late Arrivals/No Shows

If you are running late for your reservation, please contact us on 61 7 5535 7725 or 0498 121 882 with your expected arrival time. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you have not notified us of a late arrival.

If you are unable to secure a reservation below for a time that suits, please click here to join our waiting list via email, we will be in touch if a suitable table becomes available.

  • Flexible, reliable, professional and available to work evenings and lunch periods

Requirements:

  • The Chef de Partie should have at least two years of experience as a demi or commis chef.
  • The position requires demonstrated experience to manage time effectively and multi-task, as well as numeracy skills, some financial understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Seafood experiences would be advantage and a high standard of food preparation and presentation to company standards.
