The Chef de Partie should have at least two years of experience as a demi or commis chef.
The position requires demonstrated experience to manage time effectively and multi-task, as well as numeracy skills, some financial understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Seafood experiences would be advantage and a high standard of food preparation and presentation to company standards.
