• Minimum 3 years’ experiences in a similar restaurant/hotel
• Flexible, reliable, professional and available to work evenings and lunch periods
• Ideally we are seeking long term dedicated staff to be part of our committed team.
• Advantage bar experience and wine knowledge and confident working in a busy environment.

• The position requires demonstrated experience to manage time effectively and multi-task, as well as numeracy skills, some financial understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Seafood experiences would be advantage and a high standard of food preparation and presentation to company standards.
