Responsibilities & Duties
Management of the wine cellar/wine bar
Responsible for the recommendation, appreciation and sales of international and Australian wines and other restaurant beverages to restaurant guests.
Must possess Level 3 Advanced Certificate in WSET with a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Sommelier in five star restaurants preferably with international restaurant experience.
