Requirements:

Experience in fine dining, wine selection and exceptional customer service.

Minimum 3 years’ experiences in a similar restaurant/hotel

Flexible, reliable, professional and available to work evenings and lunch periods

Ideally we are seeking long term dedicated staff to be part of our committed team.

Advantage bar experience and wine knowledge and confident working in a busy environment.

Kitchen Staff 

Requirements:

The Chef de Partie should have at least two years of experience as a demi or commis chef.

The position requires demonstrated experience to manage time effectively and multi-task, as well as numeracy skills, some financial understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Seafood experiences would be advantage and a high standard of food preparation and presentation to company standards.
