Our wine list brings you a wonderful collection from regions in Australia, Europe & beyond. Our focus is on aromatic, textural whites and elegant, food friendly reds.
Just as our menu produce has been meticulously selected, so to has each bottle of wine been thoughtfully chosen. There is a family, a story & a place of beauty behind each wine label and it is our privledge to showcase such producers.
We keep our list relatively small, with a focus on matching our wines to our produce-focused dishes. Subtle & delicate Loire Valley Sancerre & young Chenin Blanc pair perfectly with the classics; aged Riesling matches our daily raw selection; Muscadet our live Oysters; and a glass of youthful Grenache blend is just the right partner for our Patagonian Toothfish.
We are passionate about the synergy of food & wine and believe this wine selection beautifully complements our Fish & Seafood menu.
